These are the official Terms​ ​and​ ​Conditions​ ​of​ ​Use​ ​for​ Love, Strength, and Grace, LLC (“DBA The ALIGN Experience”) herein known and referenced as “Company,” “Our,” “We,” and “Us.”

Our email is [email protected].  “You” and “Your” refers to users of this Company’s website, communications, offerings and related materials, herein known as “Offering.”

NOTICE: These​ ​Terms​ ​and​ ​Conditions​ ​of​ ​Use​ ​are​ ​legally​ ​binding.​ ​It​ ​is​ ​Your responsibility​ ​to​ ​read​ ​these​ ​Terms​ ​and​ ​Conditions​ ​of​ ​Use​ ​carefully​ ​prior​ ​to​ ​purchase, use,​ ​or​ ​access​ ​of​ ​any​ ​of​ ​Our​ ​products,​ ​including​ ​online​ ​courses.

The ALIGN Experience 
Terms and Conditions Agreement

By purchasing a ticket to [The ALIGN Experience], you agree to the following terms and conditions of purchase (hereinafter “Agreement”), as well as our Privacy Policy, hereby incorporated by reference. This is a legal agreement between you (“Attendee”) and [Love, Strength, and Grace, LLC] (“[DBA The ALIGN Experience]”, “we,” “us,” “our” or “Company”).

You hereby acknowledge and agree that the terms of this Agreement are supported by reasonable, adequate, and valuable consideration of your purchase of a ticket to attend the retreat.

Please read the following Agreement carefully. THE BOLDED SECTION ENTITLED ‘BINDING ARBITRATION’ AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS AND IS LEGALLY BINDING.

The ALIGN Experience Details
September 4,2025 Longbranch, New Jersey

Your purchase of a ticket to the retreat includes: Attendance at all event sessions, continental breakfast, lunch, snacks, beverages, networking reception (mocktails and appetizers).

Your purchase of a ticket to the retreat does not include: Plane ticket, transportation to any from hotel/venue, overnight accommodations, any meals not included, etc.

Payments and Fees
By purchasing a ticket to the Retreat, you agree to pay a total fee of [$895, or $795 if paid before July 1, 2025] and any applicable fees or taxes. You must provide accurate and up-to-date billing and credit card information. By making a purchase, you consent to Love, Strength, and Grace, LLC (“DBA The ALIGN Experience) authorizing your credit card, debit card, bank account, or any other payment form provided to process the full payment of fees and applicable taxes, through our third-party payment processor.

Refunds 
Tickets purchased to the Retreat are not refundable. However, we do understand life comes up, please reach out to us at [email protected] to pursue the option of reassigning your ticket to another high achieving woman, or to defer your attendance to a future ALIGN Experience.

You are not entitled to a refund if you are refused entry to a venue or mode of transportation with traveling to and from the retreat or participating in the retreat for any reason including restrictions and regulations concerning COVID-19 such as venue or state-imposed restrictions like masks, proof of COVID-19 test, or proof of vaccination.

Assignment of Experience Ticket
If you wish to assign your ticket to the Retreat to another person, you may do so only with the express permission of Company. To request assignment of your Retreat ticket, contact us by email at [email protected].

International Destinations or Foreign Attendees
All attendees are required to have at least 6 months validity on their passport at the time of travel, if Retreat is held outside the U.S. or attendee is traveling internationally to attend the Retreat.

If, after purchase, you are unable to attend the event due to visa or passport issues or any other immigration or country entry issue including but not limit to a denied visa application, expired passport, or travel restrictions, no portion of your ticket price shall be refundable or prorated. Attendees are encouraged to obtain their own travel insurance.

No-Show Policy
If you fail to attend the retreat, arrive late, or leave early for any reason, including but not limited to medical reasons or other personal circumstances, no portion of your ticket price shall be refundable or prorated.

Attendee Conduct
At all times, attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner.

Use of Personal Devices Participants may use their own devices to capture personal photos or videos. However, please be mindful of others’ privacy and refrain from taking photos or videos of individuals who have expressed a desire not to be recorded. We ask that attendees refrain from posting images or videos of others on social media without their consent Personal devices should not disrupt sessions or activities.

Right to Refuse
Love, Strength, and Grace, LLC “DBA The ALIGN Experience” reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to deny access to Attendee at any time during the retreat if Attendee is in breach of this Agreement or Attendee acts in an inappropriate manner. In such an event, no portion of the ticket price shall be refundable.

Changes
All speakers, instructors, events, meals, activities, and venues are subject to change in the sole discretion of Company. If a speaker, instructor, event, meal, activity, or venue must be changes or substituted for any reason, we reserve the right to make such changes in our sole discretion.

The ALIGN Experience Cancellation or Postponement
In the unlikely event that the Retreat is cancelled by [Love, Strength, and Grace, LLC DBA The ALIGN Experience] for any reason besides a Force Majeure event, as outlined below, ticket fees shall be refunded in full. [Love, Strength, and Grace, LLC DBA The ALIGN Experience] shall not be responsible for any associated or incidental costs associated with the Retreat’s postponement including but not limited to travel cancellation fees. Attendees are encouraged to obtain their own travel insurance.

In the unlikely event that the Retreat is postponed by [Love, Strength, and Grace, LLC DBA The ALIGN Experience] for any reason besides a Force Majeure event, as outlined below, and Attendee cannot or chooses not to attend the Retreat on the rescheduled date, Attendee may request, in writing, a full refund.

[Love, Strength, and Grace, LLC DBA The ALIGN Experience] will make reasonable efforts to notify Attendee of any postponement or cancellation of the retreat.

Force Majeure
Love, Strength, and Grace, LLC (“DBA The ALIGN Experience” shall not be liable for any delay or failure to fulfill its obligations under this Agreement if the delay or failure is caused by forces beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation natural and nuclear disasters, fire, flood, riot, war (declared and undeclared), acts of terrorism, revolution, embargoes, strikes, work stoppages, civil or military disturbances, loss of communication or computer services, government regulations, government travel restrictions, closure of reasonably practicable transportation methods, or acts of God. In any such event, Love, Strength, and Grace, LLC (:DBA The ALIGN Experience”) shall be relieved of any and all obligations under this Agreement during the applicable Force Majeure and resume performance of its obligations under this Agreement as soon as reasonably practicable.

Disclaimer
Love, Strength, and Grace, LLC (“DBA The ALIGN Experience”) does not make any guarantees of your results or likely outcome from your attendance to the Retreat. We do not guarantee any specific outcome of any kind, whether financial, physical, emotional, psychological, social, spiritual, legal, or otherwise. Your outcome may be influenced by numerous variables including but not limited to your cooperation, focus, energy, and dedication, as well as the influence of outside circumstances and variables.

Any information or content provided through the Retreat is solely for educational and informational purposes.

You are encouraged to seek professional advice and counsel relating to medical, mental, psychological, legal, business, and financial matters. The information or content provided in connection with the retreat is not represented in any way to be a substitute for such professional advice.

Your decision to use information provided in connection with the retreat is purely voluntary and you acknowledge, understand, and agree that you use such information at your own risk. We are not liable for any harm or damages arising from or related to your use or non-use of information or content provided in connection with the retreat.

You participate and use the information provided in connection with The ALIGN Experience at your own risk.

Release of Liability/Assumption of Risk
By purchasing a ticket and agreeing to these terms and conditions, you voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any consequence, including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, death, illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that you may experience or incur in connection with traveling to or from, or attending and/or participating in the retreat.

Warranties
Except for the express representations stated in this Agreement, Love, Strength, and Grace, LLC (“DBA The ALIGN Experience”) makes no further warranties, representations, or guarantees (express, implied, statutory, or otherwise) including, but not limited to, fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Love, Strength, and Grace, LLC (“DBA The ALIGN Experience”), its directors, officers, employees, agents, or affiliates be liable to Attendee for direct, indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, or losses or expenses relating to the retreat besides through acts of negligence by Love, Strength, and Grace, LLC (“DBA The ALIGN Experience”), even if its directors, officers, employees, agents, or affiliates have been advised of the possibility of such damages. In any and all circumstances, Attendee’s maximum remedy and the maximum liability of Love, Strength, and Grace, LLC (“DBA The ALIGN Experience”), its directors, officers, employees, agents, or affiliates to Attendee for any and all cause of action, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall be limited to the total ticket price paid by Attendee.

Indemnification
Attendee agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Love, Strength, and Grace, LLC (“DBA The ALIGN Experience”) from and against any and all third party losses, damages, expenses, liabilities, causes of action, and/or claims arising out of or related to Attendee’s actions, performance or non-performance of its obligations under this Agreement, or Attendee’s violation or failure to abide by any laws relating to the terms of this Agreement.

Jurisdiction and Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Pennsylvania as if it was executed and wholly performed there. The state and federal courts located in Pennsylvania will have exclusive jurisdiction over any case or controversy arising from or relating to this Agreement. Client hereby unconditionally and irrevocably consents to the personal and subject matter jurisdiction of the federal and state courts of the State of Pennsylvania for purposed of any claim or action arising out of or relating to this Agreement.

You hereby unconditionally and irrevocably consent to the personal and subject matter jurisdiction of the federal and state courts of the State of Pennsylvania for purposes of any claim or action arising out of or relating to these Terms and waive any defense of forum non conveniens.

Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises from or relating to this Agreement and the Parties are unable to settle the dispute through direct communication, the Parties agree to first try to settle the dispute by mediation with the help of a mutually agreed upon mediator in [Pennsylvania]. The Parties shall share any costs and fees related to the mediation equally, other than attorney fees.

BINDING ARBITRATION
IF MEDIATION DOES NOT RESOLVE A CONTROVERSY OR CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT, THE PARTIES AGREE THAT ANY UNRESOLVED CONTROVERSY OR CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT WILL BE SETTLED BY ARBITRATION ADMINISTERED BY THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION (“AAA”) PURSUANT TO ITS COMMERCIAL ARBITRATION RULE AND ANY JUDGMENT RENDERED BY THE ARBITRATOR(S) MAY BE ENTERED IN ANY COURT HAVING JURISDICTION THEREOF.

Miscellaneous
Any failure by us to act on or enforce any provision contained within these Terms shall not constitute or be construed as a waiver of the provision or any other provision contained within these Terms. To be effective, a waiver of any provision contained within these Terms must be made by us in a signed, written agreement and no such waiver shall constitute a waiver of any other provision within these Terms besides the provision expressly waived in that signed writing.

The section headings contained within these Terms shall not be given any legal meaning or significance and are provided simply for convenience.

Entire Agreement/Severability
Attendee and Love, Strength, and Grace, LLC (“DBA The ALIGN Experience”) agree that this Agreement represents the entire agreement between Attendee and Love, Strength, and Grace, LLC (“DBA The ALIGN Experience”). No other agreement, promise, or statement made on or before the Effective Date of this Agreement shall be binding on the Parties. This Agreement may be modified only in writing that is signed by both Parties.

The Parties also agree that if a court determines a provision of this Agreement is unenforceable, the remainder of that provision and the rest of the Agreement shall be severable and will remain in effect.

Waiver and Release of Liability
In consideration of my participation in The ALIGN Experience, I hereby agree to the following terms:

Assumption of Risk
I assume the risk of participating in any and all activities, including travel to and from any activities, associated with the event.

Assumption of Risk for Physical Activities

I am aware of the risks of participating in physical activities and excursions during the Retreat including but not limited to [somatic exercises, yoga, breath work, etc. and expressly assume those risks. I acknowledge that those risks may be caused through the negligence of another attendee, Love, Strength, and Grace, LLC (“DBA The ALIGN Experience”), Love, Strength, and Grace, LLC (“DBA The ALIGN Experience”) agents, or any third party and may include injury, property damage, and death. I expressly assume those risks through my voluntary participation.

Waiver and Release of Liability
I further agree to waive and release Love, Strength, and Grace, LLC (“DBA The ALIGN Experience”)and its directors, representatives, agents, successors, and assignees from any and all claims of damages whether for direct, indirect, special, incidental, punitive or consequential damages, losses or expenses, relating to or arising out of my participation or presence at the event or any negligent acts or conditions caused by Love, Strength, and Grace, LLC (“DBA The ALIGN Experience”) or any third party including, but not limited to, claims for personal injury, property damage, medical expenses, or loss of services.

Indemnification and Hold Harmless
I agree to indemnify and hold Love, Strength, and Grace, LLC (“DBA The ALIGN Experience”) from and against any and all third party losses, damages, expenses, liabilities, causes of action, and/or claims arising out of or related to my negligent or intentional acts. 

I certify that I have carefully read this agreement and fully understand its content. I understand that by signing this document,(via electronic signature on the registration form) I agree to be fully bound by its terms. 

The ALIGN Experience Image Release Agreement
The ALIGN Experience Image Release Agreement Attendee acknowledges and agrees that by selecting Yes, I agree to and accept the terms and conditions via checkbox and electronic signature on the registration form, Attendee gives Love, Strength, and Grace, LLC (“DBA The ALIGN Experience”) permission to share images or videos of Attendee online and elsewhere, according to the specific conditions agreed to herein by Attendee. Attendee acknowledges and agrees that Love, Strength, and Grace, LLC (“DBA The ALIGN Experience”), in its sole discretion, may select the images to post, publish, or share for promotional and marketing purposes.

Attendee acknowledges and agrees that if Attendee selects “Yes”, Love, Strength, and Grace, LLC (“DBA The ALIGN Experience”) has full permission to post, publish, or share images or videos according to the conditions agreed to herein by Attendee. If Attendee consents to Love, Strength, and Grace, LLC (“DBA The ALIGN Experience”) posting images of Attendee in this Agreement, Attendee cannot revoke permission and demand for images to be removed from any publication or online platform at a later date.

In no event shall Love, Strength, and Grace, LLC (“DBA The ALIGN Experience”), its directors, officers, employees, agents, or affiliates be liable to Attendee for direct, indirect, special, incidental, punitive or consequential damages, losses or expenses, in connection with any action relating to or arising out of Love, Strength, and Grace, LLC (“DBA The ALIGN Experience”)’s use of the Attendee’s likeness and images or videos of Attendee.

Attendee hereby grants Love, Strength, and Grace, LLC (“DBA The ALIGN Experience”) and its agents, representatives, and assigns the perpetual and irrevocable right to publish, reproduce, display, exhibit, digitalize, and otherwise use photographic images of Attendee taken during the retreat for any purpose, including but not limited to promotion and advertising for Love, Strength, and Grace, LLC (“DBA The ALIGN Experience”), without further notice to or consent from Attendee and without any payment to Attendee: I give Love, Strength, and Grace, LLC (“DBA The ALIGN Experience”) permission to share photos and/or videos of me at The ALIGN Experience. I certify that I have read this release carefully and understand its implications fully. I affirm that I am 18 years of age or older and competent to understand and sign this experience image release agreement.
